Shipping Policy
At Steady Audio, we are committed to getting your gear to you safely and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal peaks.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship outside of USA.
Note: For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Steady Audio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
5. Damages & Issues
Steady Audio is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact our support team at support@steadyaudio.store within 3 days of receipt to file a claim.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.
